The Kayapó hold a sacred belief in the Bep Kororoti, a powerful ancestral spirit said to have descended from the sky, bringing wisdom, knowledge, and the teachings that shaped their way of life. They view the forest as a living temple, where every tree, river, and creature carries the memory of their ancestors. Through elaborate body painting, ceremonial headdresses, and vibrant dances, they honor these cosmic connections and call upon ancestral energies for protection and guidance. This deep spiritual lineage makes the Kayapó not only guardians of the forest, but also keepers of a profound celestial heritage that continues to guide their people today.

All our earrings are hand made and might/will have some differences. Its what makes them unique for any collection. These were made by me in my workshop where I surround myself with the memories of my life in the Amazon.
